I was recommended this company by a friend and they did not disappoint. I have recently moved house and needed all my locks changed. From the beginning to the end all team members that attended my property were extremely professional, well mannered and knowledgeable. There were a few technical issues which their expertise and experience helped solve. Communication throughout the installation was excellent as it was a big job that required a number of visits and everything was sorted out promptly. A specific mention regarding Marlon and his team. That man is a perfectionist and is not happy until you are happy.

Terrible experience. John arrived late, half finished the job on my postbox lock. Had to leave due to an emergency which, as he put it, apparently pays 'the big bucks'. He communicated via phone call that it would serve us well to give him 5 star review before he returned to the job. We said 'no John, we've paid, we'd like the job finished please'. Four weeks go by, John returns and finish the job only for the lock to be broken in the next day.

Had a visit from John for a key extraction. He was very friendly, updated me on his arrival time prior to arriving and when outside. Worked very quickly and job was done in under 20mins. He also answered all my questions that I had and didn’t damage or mark the door. He also cleaned up after the job was done and left no mess. Very happy with the service, it was a good recommendation from a friend. Would use the service again but hope I don’t have too:) 10/10
